Deliveries and Returns

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


​ Ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers is one of Mariana Oliveira Boutique's top priorities. This is precisely why we created our Exchange and Return Policy in accordance with Law 8078, of September 11, 1990, the Consumer Protection Code. To make returns, the customer must be aware of the rules below:
 
Upon receiving a product purchased from the Mariana Oliveira Boutique online store, refuse to receive it if:
 
The Packaging is open or damaged;
The Product is defective;
The Product is in disagreement with the order;
The Product is incomplete.

RETURN FOR REPENTANCE OR WITHDRAWAL


​The return option for regret or withdrawal is valid exclusively for online purchases.
 
The return request for regret or withdrawal must be made via email marianaoliveiraboutique@gmail.com within 07 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the product, according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. We ask that no product be shipped before the above procedure;
 
In case of exchange for another product, the request must be made by   marianaoliveiraboutique@gmail.com within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
 
The product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, without violating the manufacturer's original seal and manual, possible gift and all accessories.
 
Please inform the following data: name, order number, CPF and reason for the return. After sending the information, the customer will receive a service protocol number;

DEFAULT RETURN

The defect return of products purchased through the online store must be made through our email marianaoliveiraboutique@gmail.com , within a period of up to 20 (twenty) calendar days. We ask that no product be shipped before the above procedure;
 
Please inform the following data: full name, order number, CPF and reason for the return. After submitting the form, the customer will receive a service protocol number;
 
The product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by an invoice, without violating the manufacturer's original seal and manual, possible gift and all accessories.

FREIGHT COSTS


The cost of return for regret or withdrawal will be at the customer's expense, after contacting us, will be at the customer's expense.


The returned product will be submitted for analysis after its arrival at our Distribution Center. The period for analysis is up to 20 (twenty) days, counted from the receipt of the product. After analysis, the customer will be informed via e-mail about the cancellation of the order and the refund of payment, if desired;

In case of a defective exchange, the cost of shipping will be on account of Mariana Oliveira Boutique, as well as the first exchange for other merchandise.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID


If the product is returned under the conditions described above, the refund of the value of the product will be made according to the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase;


If the purchase is made by credit card, the chargeback may occur within up to two invoices from the date of the card, after confirmation of the return to the distribution center;


If the purchase is made by bank slip, the deposit will be made within 20 (twenty) business days in your bank account after confirmation of the return to the distribution center;


The period for refund / reversal of the amount paid begins only after receipt of the returned product and analysis of its conditions;


In cases of partial return of the order, the shipping value will be recalculated according to the place of delivery, the weight and size of the product for refund.
